We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
No additional delivery fees will be applied at checkout.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UK time) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

5. Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s network.

6. Total Estimated Delivery Time

From order placement to delivery:

Total: 6–9 business days
(1–2 days processing + 5–8 days delivery)

7. Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your parcel directly on our website’s Track Your Order page using your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

8. Shipping Carriers

We deliver orders using trusted UK delivery partners:

  • Evri
  • Yodel

The carrier used may depend on your location and the size of your parcel.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Auttalie is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information.

If you spot an error, contact us immediately and we will try to update it before the order is dispatched.

10. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund according to our policy.
