Refund and return policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Auttalie. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item if:
- It is within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories are included
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
2. Return Shipping (Free Returns)
We offer free return shipping for all eligible orders.
A return label is included inside your package.
Please use this label to send the item back to us.
Returns are accepted only by mail.
We do not accept in-person or drop-off returns.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional)
We will confirm your return and guide you through the process.
4. Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect the item.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your bank or payment provider a short period to process the refund.
Some financial institutions may take several business days for the refund to appear on your balance.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
All approved returns receive a full refund of the item price.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
- Returned items that show signs of use
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned without using the correct return label
- Items returned after the 30-day window
